Southern Baby Shower

This past weekend we had our couples Baby Shower in Charleston.  It was so nice to see all of our close friends come together to celebrate Baby Woos.  We were missing a few of our friends because they either just had their babies (good excuse) or were out of town but it was such an enjoyable time!  I have to admit that we are lucky to have a such a great group of friends.

My girlfriends Cami and Kristi were so generous in putting together our shower.  (Plus Jeff, Kristi's husband, played a big part in helping with the food.)  As you know Baby Woos' nursery is an under the sea theme (not over the top but just enough) so Cami decorated for our shower in our theme and wow the house looked amazing.

There were plenty of chicken bites from the Kickin Chicken for Donnie to enjoy.

Gift time is always fun. 

I will have to admit that after opening all the gifts I was tired out!

Now we are almost all set for Baby Woos to come.  All we have left to get is a mattress and a chair.  I think after the shower Donnie realized that Baby Woos really is going to be coming in no time.  We are both ready to take on the adventure of being parents!
